I’m Chef Georgia, and my journey to creating the best smash burgers in the city started with a passion for great food and a deep dive into Oklahoma’s rich burger culture. Before opening OKC Smash Burgers, I tasted and explored every style of burger this country has to offer. From the classic joints that have been around for decades to the hidden gems that only the locals know about, I left no stone unturned.
I didn’t just want to make another burger; I wanted to create a unique experience that captures the essence of what makes Oklahoma burgers so special.
